Servings: Two

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce cocoa powder
  • 1 oz sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of strong coffee or espresso
  • Whipped cream

Directions

1. In a bowl, stir together cocoa powder and sugar. 

2. Heat milk over moderate heat in a saucepan until steaming.

3. Whisk in the cocoa and sugar mixture with coffee until frothy.

4. Serve in warmed cups.

5. Top with whipped cream.
